Client Relations Manager

You will work directly on site at client location. Client's work involves court cases that deal with defaulted mortgages, title claims, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and REO.

You will work with staff and management of the client organization. You must be hands on, detail oriented person, strong problem solver, people person who can develop professional relationships on-site with client staff and management.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Understand the client’s organization and management structure and effectively communicate goals, objectives, plans, status, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Develop excellent working relationship with the client’s staff and management.
  • Work with company’s staff and represent the company’s point of view during all engagements with the client.
  • Identify issues and exceptions with ongoing work or procedures. Follow through with all parties to satisfactory resolution of the issues and exceptions.
  • Monitor the process’s operations and amount of work completed on daily, weekly and monthly and report significant fluctuations to the client and company’s management. 
  • Track action items and follow the action items through its completion.
  • Provide weekly status, progress report, on the implementation of business processes. 

Skills Required:

  • Excellent people skills are absolutely essential.
  • Experience in Mortgage Lending or Title Insurance field essential.
  • Task Oriented, with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and follow up.
  • Proficiency with e-mail communications using Outlook or Web based mail programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).  

 Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience interfacing with clients. 

  • Experience in Mortgage Lending business
